Well, the site has officially been up and running for a year. I just want to thank everybody for your interest and ask that if there is anyone willing to make a donation it would be greatly appreciated. I have spent about 5 hours tonight updating the site and it cost us another $100 to keep the site up and running so even if 50 people donate $2 each thats costs covered, and makes things a little easier on us. I hope all the info has been helpful and please do let me know if you would like me to add anything or have any helpful info I can add!

I just wanted to post a big THANK YOU to everyone who has left feedback and sent us emails. Its so great to get them, It helps us to see that all the work is worthwhile!!!! We are hoping to set up a paypal donation link later in the year so we can keep the site going, even if we get $1 or $2 from the odd person it will be enough to pay for the webhosting. I hope you dont all think that is greedy, we just thought it might be a good way for people to make a donation if we are inspecting houses, doing research and making phone calls for them (All local calls cost here). Again, we dont expect it at all, but if anyone would like to, the option will be there :) Thanks again guys! Ill keep up the 'good' work hehe.
